🔢 Where do I find my order number?
It’s the number on your order confirmation email from us, for example 1234. Enter it in the Your Order Number box and we’ll match it to your approved design.
❓ What are the products made from?
We use high-quality, ring-spun cotton for our apparel — soft, breathable, and built to become your go-to favorite.
Plastic-based items (like phone cases) are made from a sturdy blend of Thermoplastic Polyurethane (TPU) and Polycarbonate (PC) to balance flexibility and protection.
⏱️ How long does my print take?
Your print will be with you within 5–7 working days of your design approval.
👕 What type of fit is it?
All shirts have a regular fit with set-in sleeves — comfy, casual, and suitable for everyday wear.
🧼 How do I care for my custom item?
- Machine wash cold, inside-out, on a gentle cycle
- Use mild detergent and wash with similar colors.
- No fabric softeners or bleach (non-chlorine only if needed)
- Tumble dry low or hang to dry for best results
- Iron inside-out on low if necessary — do not iron over the design
- Avoid dry cleaning
What if my custom clothing gets ruined?
Our Oops-Proof Replacement Program covers accidental damage to kids’ and adults’ custom clothing, from paint spills and playground rips to coffee stains and DIY mishaps.
We’ll reprint the same design on the same style and colour, with one replacement per item purchased. A small service fee applies.
